CANCELLATION
POLICY
Before 2 weeks of start date - no fees as I can try and fill your space
After 2 week of start date - 50% of total price as I have around a 50% off filling your spot
less than 24 hours notice - 80% of total price as I'm very unlikely to fill the gap
DEPOSITS
There is no need to pay a deposit before your sit. However if you would prefer to split the cost in a few payments I will happy to do so.
PAYMENTS
I will send an invoice across to you with all payment information and bank details. I am also happy to accept cash if you prefer.
INSURANCE
I have insurance through protectivity which covers me for dog walking (up to six dogs!), pet sitting, public liability, pet taxi & transportation, plus many other things I can provide a copy if required. I am also DBS checked and can provide a copy of this too.
MEET & GREET
I provide a free meet & greet so you get to meet me and make sure me & pets get along before any bookings.
AREA COVERED
I cover all areas within a 7 mile distance of Malmesbury - if you are slightly out of the area please contact me & we can see if it works.
EMERGENCIES
What happens in case of an emergency?
My partner is covered on my insurance and can see my whereabouts at all times. If anything were to happen I keep a time diary and location + information book so he can cover for me and your pets will not be stranded.
If there happens to be a bigger emergency involving the both of us - my parents have access to all the information required and will be able to let you know whats happening.
